The woman at reception was lovely and helpful. The bar staff were also very friendly. They emailed me to ask if I wanted them to post my trousers back after I forgot them in my Standard Twin Room.
The shower temperature control was either slightly too hot or far too hot, with no way to set it to a cooler temperature.
